1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the ReFits app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ReFits. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.

2. What ReFits does

ReFits is a discovery tool. It searches publicly available eBay listings and assembles them into suggested outfits. We are a signpost to listings — we do not sell, stock, ship, inspect or handle any item shown in the app.

3. Purchases happen on eBay

When you tap through to buy, you leave ReFits and transact on eBay with a third-party seller. That purchase is governed by eBay's terms and the seller's policies. All questions about payment, shipping, item condition, authenticity, returns and refunds are between you, the seller and eBay. We are not a party to the transaction.

4. Listing accuracy and availability

Listing details, prices, sizes and photos come from eBay and its sellers. We do not verify them. Secondhand items are typically one-of-a-kind, so items shown in a fit may sell or change price at any time, and combined prices shown in the app are estimates that exclude shipping, taxes and any fees. Always confirm details on the eBay listing before buying.

5. Styling suggestions are opinions

Outfit suggestions are generated automatically and are recommendations only. We make no promise that an outfit will fit you, suit you, or that the items will look like their photos.

6. Cost and future paid features

ReFits is free to use, and we do not add any markup to item prices. We may earn a commission from eBay on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We may later offer optional paid features; if we do, they will be clearly described before you buy, and the core outfit-building experience will remain free.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app. Specifically, don't:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through ReFits
• Attempt to access our servers or APIs other than through the app
• Interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service
• Use ReFits for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The ReFits name, app, design and software are ours. Listing photos, titles and descriptions belong to eBay sellers or their respective owners and are shown for the purpose of helping you find and buy those items.

9. No affiliation with eBay

ReFits is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc.

10. Service availability

ReFits is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFits is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction with an eBay seller, from inaccurate listing information, or from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have consumer rights that these terms do not affect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
